Formed during She-Hulk’s legal career, the team served as a real-world demonstration that superhumans could function within legal frameworks. Members included experienced heroes such as Hellcat, Wasp (II), Black Knight (III), Hercules, and Vision (II).
The group’s activities were closely tied to courtroom strategy rather than traditional missions. Their success helped reinforce She-Hulk’s arguments regarding superhuman accountability.
After fulfilling their purpose, the Advocates disbanded, remaining notable as one of the few teams formed for legal rather than combat purposes.
